Hi @alpine violet - Okay can you do me a favor and open up the game with the integrated gpu disabled and start the game. When you get the crash, put that log in this thread?

System Specs: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 32 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090, AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics integrated card
Suggested turning off Integrated card, which allowed them to start game but resulted in a crash.
Vulkan version 1.3.292
Suggested update their Vulkan version.

Okay, so just for me to catch up - the most recent minidump error you are having is after installing the most recent version of Vulkan?

Sorry, the log file. 😄

You can access the log file by opening up your Steam library and right clicking on "Enshrouded" in the list. Click on "Properties" and then "Installed Files" in the main box, click "Browse" and this will open up your game folder.

The file you are looking for is named "Enshrouded.log" or could also just look like a text file named "Enshrouded" if you have file extensions turned off.

Did we already have you go through the /minidump steps with your integrated card turned off?

just to be sure - go ahead and type /minidump in this chat and follow the instructions (even if you did them before, since we changed the GPU that's being loaded) and lets see if one of those fixes might repair the issue.
