Hey, When you did the enshrouded toolfix, did you get a popup for an install of vulkan runtime?

I did toolfix um... about 1hours before when i send the first message.
and the vulkan runtime popup was shown.

Sorry about the delay, the power went out here last night.
Can you send me a copy of the log from liandry's enshrouded toolfix? I want to make sure it was able to get to all your shader caches (there are 4+ it clears) just to make sure it isn't pulling a bad shader from one of them.

Hi, I solved the problem. I cannot sure that this is the clean solution but I did the 2 thing after the last message.

I did it because the same crashes suddenly appeared at Tekken 8. so i decided to look up the Window event viewer. and it shows "nvlddmkm id 153" error.

Many said this error occurs by many reasons so it has various solutions (most doesn't work). But the very straight solution is change the GPU. (but it cost a lot)

So i tried these methods .

1. reinstall the graphic card and RAM.
   -> checked Tekken 8 and doesn't work.
2. turn off the gpu hardware acceleration.
   -> checked Tekken 8 and it worked, also worked for Enshrouded. I played almost 2 hours with no crashes.

I hope this info can help other users suffering from crash problem maybe?
