I see in the logs, you have a 4090 and integrated video. Have you tried disabling the Intel UHD 770?

Sometimes, but not always, Enshrouded will try using the wrong video device. Mama has the steps hotkeyed, I'm sure 😜

Go ahead and open up "Device Manager" in windows and hit the arrow to the left of "Display adaptors" Right click on the one that says Intel(R) UHD Graphics 770 and click "disable"

Did you do the 4th step with DDU to completely reinstall the drivers?

I've not done that yet, no. I only updated my drivers earlier today

When the drivers are uninstalled with DDU, reboot your computer before re-installing the nVidia drivers, just to clear any possible stale stuff hiding in memory or couldn't be uninstalled because of in use

okay can you do me a favor and go into your settings from the main menu of the game and under "display" change the Anti-aliasing setting from DLSS to FSR3 and try again?

If that doesn't work, try turning it off all together and see.

yeah everything in the DMP and logs are pointing to a GPU issue of some kind. Just trying to figure out what. 😟

It might also be worth it to try rolling back to a previous driver version. maybe 566.14 or 566.03

well the good news is that that looks beautiful. 🤣 no over heating, nothing capping out and memory usage is fine.

I think it might be a refund for the moment and buy at a later date 😦 Shame because it looks to be such a lovely game

It seems to be quite a common problem from a google, but no one size fits all solution 😦

everything is pointing to that dll though, which is part of the GPU drivers. If you do roll it back, let me know how it goes. and enjoy whatever you are playing tonight. Happy holidays!
