Okay - I see that you are crashing, but there is no errors being thrown in your log. Your specs are above minimum and you appear to have more than enough system memory when you start the game.
Can you please tell me if there are any patterns to the crashes? do they happen in a specific area or around a time frame?

And just to make sure - since I wasn't quite understanding what you were saying about making a new character - the steps you followed were 1. verifying the file integrity, 2. Running LiAnDrY's tool, 3. renaming the JSON and 4. Reinstalling the driver with DDU?

You should have a JSON - somewhere - it's what tells the game your settings.

Other than a couple of memory allocation errors when you first logged into the server, I am not seeing much of anything, and your log just ends without any hint as to what is happening.
Let's see if we can't get some information another way. If you don't have it already, can you go to https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-gpu-z/ and download GPU-Z and run it.
Once installed, open it up and click over to the "sensors" tab and expand the window so you can see everything.

Take a screenshot of that screen before starting the game and another once you have loaded the game and entered a world and walked around for a little while.
Also if you crash take a third screenshot.

Everything looks pretty expected for your system running this game. Your GPU doesn't appear to be throttled, the temperatures are fine and the RAM and VRAM never cap out. While it doesn't completely eliminate hardware issues, what I am seeing looks good.
Good news for your computer, not so much for figuring out what it might be easily. 😄

the log is always saved whether the game crashes or runs fine. The dump is a different file.

but still nothing definitive and no real crash error at the bottom.

Not sure if I asked this already, but have you already turned off all your overlays, like Steam, Discord and NVidia?

It means that the game was unable to access your system's memory for whatever reason. As your VRAM and RAM aren't full - it means that some software might be interfering with your game play... or it could mean nothing.

the minidump error isn't that important. Okay so turning off the overlays didn't work.
Are you playing with cloudsave on or off?

Go ahead and turn it off. You'll have to make a new character for the moment, but do that and we'll see if you continue to crash. If you don't crash - then i'll walk you through how to get your character and saves over to the other location.

Okay you can turn it back on then. And while you are in there, turn off "Shader Pre-caching" in steam settings > Downloads
and try again.
