Quest Issue: Ectoplasm for the Collector

Also have you attempted to recomplete the quest since the patch a few days ago?

Hey, Yeah I've tried to complete it twice now. Done 2 full runs through the Hollow Halls and created the Ectoplasm Press, twice with no luck.

To note, I'm already done with the Kindlewastes Hollow Halls too at this point.

Okay. Can you do me a favor and toss a zipped copy of your save files in here for the devs to look at, and hopefully find out what the issue might be?

You can find them in one of these two locations, depending on whether you have cloudsave on or off:

SAVE FILE LOCATIONS:

For local save files:
..\Users\%username%\Saved Games\Enshrouded
For cloud save files:
..\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[YourSteamID]\1203620\remote
YourSteamID is your unique Steam ID number

Just zip up the entire contents of the folder and drag and drop it in this window.

It's on a dedicated server. So i'll have to go digging

Oh. hmm. Go ahead and toss your personal save files in here, but yeah - I am not sure with dedicated servers. Has the server been restarted since you started having the issue?

Yeah serveral times, also had gportal move us to new hardware because we are having issues with 'High Server Load' and 'Server Overloaded' warnings

(we are 2 people on a 4 slot server)

and (even though you shouldn't be able to see the server, always need to check) the server itself was updated to the most recent version?

okay. Yeah, go ahead and zip up your saves and toss them in here, then grab the world save from the server if you can as well and do the same.

If they need any more information about it, someone will come in here and ask, but hopefully that will be enough for them to track what might be causing the problem so they can fix it in a future patch.
