And since these screenshots are new, I am guessing you have had all 3 items in your inventory since the patch today?

You can try to be certain.
I am not sure exactly what "Added more fallback requirements to various quests to make them trigger more reliably." means in the case of this quest or whether it was one of the various quests.

but if it doesn't work, I can know for certain to send this off to them and have them take a look at it.
