yes finaly dialogue with NPC appeared and unlocked quest as finished 
only 2 quests listed to finish (beneath dragon which works)

If that doesn't work, try putting them in your hotbar and using them.
If neither of these suggestions work, please submit a bug report from inside the game (F1) so that the devs with a detailed description of the issue and what you have tried to resolve it. Include a zipped copy of your save files which will be located in one of the two following locations:
For local save files:
..\Users\%username%\Saved Games\Enshrouded
For cloud save files:
..\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[YourSteamID]\1203620\remote
YourSteamID is your unique Steam ID number
