(Resolved) Input delay/Freezing while in singleplayer.

Hey @mighty nest Just a few quick questions on your issue:

• What kind of hard drive do you have your game on, is it an HDD or an SSD?
• How much Memory (RAM) does your system have?
• What is your video card?

Okay do these issues seem to happen at any specific times, like when the game is first loading, or when changing items on a hotbar, or any other discernable patterns you have noticed?

I had this already back a few months ago but couldn't really see a pattern, it sometimes just happened. Now, the past few days playing, it always seem to happen a few minutes after loading into the world and starting to play. doesn't matter where I am or what I'm doing. Also, the loadup of the game itself (the intro screen) takes a very long time and the start menu is only black at first and needs a second to load everything else in (as side note)

Okay - can you do me a favor and download GPU-z located here and run it.

Navigate to the "Sensors" tab and if you can, extend the window down so that it gets all the sensors in. Run it and start up the game and when the issue starts happening - take a screenshot of that window and post it in here?

You can use Win + Shift + S to take a screenshot of a specific area on your desktop.

While starting up. Of course, the problem doesn't appear now xD

I'll try again after work and see, if it'll happen again. This is after closing down the game.
also: this problem always seems to go away after a few minutes playing

No worries. You may not need to. You system after shutting down is using a great deal of your RAM already (almost 11GB). Not sure what all you might be running, but you might want to find the worst offenders in Task Manager and close them out to see if that fixes your issue.

that's probably chrome with a multitude of tabs xD I'm working as a SEO manager and always have a lot of tabs open

Yeah, with 16GB of ram on your system, those tabs use a great deal of it.

At least Ram is cheap these days!
To test it out (when you get home) close it and anything else that might be eating up RAM and run the game and see if you still have the issue.

Oh, I'm at home (working purely remote). But I assume, closing down all chrome tabs when playing, should be fine for now
