I know no one likes to hear this, but your GPU is minimum spec and RAM too. Your CPU is a tossup, but very close to minimum as well.

With this latest updates it's been a little unforgiving as far as those two things, as it was a very large update, so systems that may have run fine before have been having a little more trouble.

I would suggest the first thing you do, if you haven't already, is turn your graphics settings to "Max performance" then find the setting "voxel detail models" and put it to performance. IMO if there is one setting worth turning up a little, it's that one.

With the 16gb of ram I would also make sure that when you run the game, you close any programs that aren't integral to the system - so browsers, discord, any background applications. Even things like NVidia Shadow play or other background recording apps.

#

If your game is running fine when you do that, you can play around a little with your graphics settings to see what your system can handle without becoming overloaded and crashing.

No problem with that, your responsiveness more than makes up for this news haha
I have this machine since 2014, it was a great mother board and CPU and just upgrade storage/ram/GPU...
Well, There no longer seems to be a problem in "Max performance", it's already great! So I'm going to gradually readjust the settings.
If you don't have any news within 24 hours on this thread, it means we found the solution ๐Ÿ˜„
Thanks again for your help!
