Yes.
Issue is the forced language ingame on the tooltips based on your physical keyboard layout, instead of your actualy language choices.
That's the short version. Happy to expand as much as you like 🙂

Anycase, this is the issue, as an example, can YOU tell me what to press for these actions? Happens in-game too, not just settings.

It does not matter if your windows and regional settins are in english
I've tried full US English also, so there is absolutely nothing finnish in my OS, happened to buy a new computer also which i set up from the ground up to make sure this is the case.

The ONLY thing that changes the ingame hottip language to actual english, is changing the setting in windows for PHYSICAL keyboard layout

I can't really have that other than finnish, otherwise my buttons wont do what they are supposed to do. It has absolutely nothing to do with actually using the finnish language itself

same thing happens with other nordic languages i would assume, or people who use different type of regional LAYOUTs for the keyboards

If I change the layout to US English QWERTY then ingame tooltips will be english.
AS said earlier, none of the other language choices etc make a difference on this issue. which is extremely stupid. I have chosen to use my computer, in 99,9999999999% cases in english, all other software, OS etc, works fine.
Having to change to an other layout setting for the keyboard wont allow me to function with the keyboard or use any local letters like Ä Ö Å etc if needed.
