Enemy archers? Or player archers?
Enemy archers. Scavenger archers, Shroud archers.
A shroud archer shot me multiple times through the cart in the first elixer well in the middle of the road as you enter the elixer area, then a scavenger archer shot me through the little fence with metal covering it at the alchemist tomb before you head up the stairs. Unsure if this is only these 2 locations or everywhere currently.
