have you provided us with your enshrouded.log file of your session attempting to leave the game?
A few times. I was part of the original alphas and the other alpha opened for unique issues. The log just ends without any errors being thrown. I am going to replicate it today and send the log so you can see atleadt where exactly the process ends.
Going to replicate it now..
First Lock up I am sending is Drivers installed and Hardware Plugged in.
I am going to replicate it again this time with Hardware Unplugged. I have to restart my computer first though.
This time I tried it with the Hardware Device unplugged
@steel kelp With the Hardware Device unplugged from the computer the game will close properly
and my specific device is the M-AUDIO AIR 192:6
thank you very much
Hopefully this will provide some good info - but I'll ask that you wait until at least tomorrow for some news
Sounds good! thank you
hey there, we suspect is something about our MIDI device. We'll be disabling MIDI input devices on win32 which hopefully solves the issue. I'm unsure if it will be available in the update but keep an eye for it, please
the fact that you guys dove into this quickly this time is more than enough for me and the others to be pleased. So we look forward to its implementation I want to see the drivers attached to the actual hardware. I am going to take a screen cap and send it here
If you want. IF you all have a test build with that fix if you search M-Audio in the search field you can find all the people that have mentioned the issue We could always test the update for you. I would love to help in any way I can
@pure trail we are pushing today an update that we THINK might fix this
please check it out
Awesome! I will put it to the test at some point today
any update on this?
I am happy to say that you guys have fixed the issue! I will be editing the review on steam too. 1 thing I did notice that I never did before is that I am getting like 60fps but when I pull out the map it bogs down to like 10 fps. idk if that new or if I have just been oblivious to it but I am extremely pleased with the attention to resolving the audio issue! Thank you. I wish we could have figured this out together in the Alpha testing! Either way though a win is a win!
