new songs wont show up?

I have the same issue. I have picked up the first two new song scrolls and they did not populate my song list.

Quest is advancing properly, just not adding the song to my set list.

Just an example. Sitting in my inventory, song not in my list. Both this and ||Blood on the Mountain|| are behaving this way. I am betting all of the new songs will.

Also verified it is occurring on dedicated server and on a local private game.

All of the song scrolls we have are in this box in Blue Goblet. You should be able to just fast travel there.

I found both of them

We also just tested another player picking them up and gifting them to me. Neither of us got the songs in our list.

An update here. Another player on the server went and found the first four. I picked up those copies of the scrolls and now I can play the songs.
