i am having various issues with several games but each game different problem and from what i can gather there is some major issues with win11 24h2 update.
the main problem beeing that MS decided to restructure many parts of its security and networking, i was on insider preview build of win11 and got updates gradually and even just LANing my 2 computers have become a hassle, now it requires modification in gpedit just to get them to see eachother.
also now bitlocker is on by default which i suspect is affecting some parts.

i am not done investigating this myself yet but am gradually taking one by one factor out of it.

i even have games that makes my gpu driver crash which i suspect is due to bitlocker
enshrouded doesnt show up in event viewer as any error or warnings but only gives minidump file, but in the beginning i had that it could give buffer memory on gpu, i closed down grpu tweak 3 and that solved that problem but then consistently got this error which you have the dump file of.

i hope you sort it out, ill wait for more updates and try again 🙂

Do you think this common troubleshoot could help?

Try renaming/deleting the enshrouded_local.json file. That will cause the game to rebuild the json file with the new settings. You can also try the suggestions from the DM when you type /minidump here in chat.

i have fresh install win11 24h2, i have had loads of issues, .net problems, windows dll files not registered in registry, bitlocker enabled, even ddu gpu drivers and fresh installed that, fixed all of these problems now (first time in decades i have had so many issues)

the main part here seems to be a bitlocker issue, even windows temp folder was problematic, i could download nvidia drivers but the installer package would not finished cause it could not access the files in temp folder which installer unpacked.
loads of issues in event viewer with everything, drivers, dll files, and all kinds of stuff, i tried 7 games that evening and not 1 of them worked correctly.

disabling bitlocker has helped insanly much on all of these problems, also registered dll files via cmd command regsrv [name of dll file]
i tried enshrouded just now and it seems fine, i atleast got to the first base building spot now. so it looks like its fixed.

in the minidump file it gave me hint that it was a problem with memory buffer loader, and that goes thru the system of windows and can be affected by bitlocker, but im not 100% which one of these it was but just saying disabling bitloacker solved many problems, no problems now, not on any game.
