Yeah, that was trying to start up a single player game. Did a verify game file integrity thing and now it's back to being stuck on preprocessing 🙃

Could you give it a few minutes? Like... let's say some 5 to 10 minutes if you can spend it.
If it doesn't go away, could you please share with me your Enshrouded.log file?
