Hey there, apologies for having some catching up to do - do I understand correctly that the torches are not working for you? Does it happen to all torches or just some?

Good morning! It’s all torches and they sometimes randomly work.
The odd thing, fires from flame altars and wands still seem to project light.
To add to that, my wife and I use the same exact graphics card and drivers, but she doesn’t have this issue.
Basically half the game (any interior setting without a campfire/etc) I’m in complete darkness like the second photo. She can see pretty well.
To add to that, the little pillars from graves don’t show up at all.
Luckily I at least had a fire to run to this time
Oh and none of the death trap balls of fire/lightning, boss attacks based on magic, etc show up… it’s been a struggle
It’s actually getting worse because I used to be able to see some of this stuff. Now I just spend a lot of time on the ground waiting for friends to revive me while being asked “how didn’t you see that?”

That is incredibly odd, especially the part where your wife has the same set-up and nothing wrong occurs
has this been occurring all the time or only since the update? Apologies if you said it somewhere else before

It’s been basically since my original install. I’ve tried reinstalling but to no avail.
I can grab logs when I get home from work much later today

That is incredibly odd, especially the part where your wife has the same set-up ...
She does have an AMD processor and I have an Intel. That shouldn’t change graphics issues though.

Maybe, maybe. We are having some issues with Intel lately however
Some players are straight up crashing, unfortunately

Random question but are you a dev or more of a support role? I have my own discord server for some automation stuff me and some friends developed (about to break 400k members!) and I was curious how things are handled here. We used to be REALLY hands on with every little thing and finally took a step back to get some air.

Only two crashes ive ever had were the same day. Issue was happening before and after crashes/updates with no changes.
