I got a few questions cause im having trouble getting back on the serer.

1. what time does it reset?
2. how long does the reset take?
   after trying to get back for half an hour now... i had to restart my game to get back in. at least I think that's what fixed it.

It's reset time is based off when I last rebooted my PC. It resets once an hour tho. And that's a known bug where you have to close and reopen the game.

i had to hit up your sever for salt since they removed my best location and saline springs has NO salt, I dont want to spend hours looking for a new dedicated mine and the mine you visit for the quest is terrible and im never going back even if they buff it.

ya. i don t want to go full resource world but after spending hours and hours and hours mining and farming, i kind of just want to focus on ym builds.
thanks for all the dirt. the double chests full really helped me build my floating island! and I think i used over 2 chests worth!

i dont mind mining clay or salt if the mine is convienently located but trees I have to chop down then pick up and iron takes forever so for stuff like that.
well any new materials... I'll probably do a few trips just to say I put in some effort then resource world what I need. especially for something like dirt and sand that takes forever to harvest. unlike stone which is easy. why is dirt only a few picks deep?! anyway im rambling. thanks so much for the resource world!

most of the connection issues aren't on your side.. they're client region based and it's been a big snafu in the various channels with people trying to pin point why/how to stop it.. you gotta swap your download region or whatever for it to connect properly

@noble shadow well ive found the issue you were having some kind of invisible block in certain doorways. deleting the door removes the invisible block. but adding the door back, adds the problem back. seems to be some kind of odd bug. ive only found one door though so far having this issue and it is a double door. @here has anyone else ran into this issue?

Yes, the interactives are often buggy, but still function or can be bypassed (visual bug usually). Just chaulking it up to so much stuff in one space. Often see the rats/wildlife/whatever you guys call them in odd stuck poses which I find hilarious. As for the rest of the chests and respawns, haven't seen an issue so far. @spring sand Thanks for the resource, really helps speed up building.

Just take what u need from the boxes and then log into ur world. Sometimes you may have to wait 1 minute after looting stuff before you can leave the server

-Updated server to new version 4 patch!
-Added numerous armor and transmog sets
-Added new Building blocks
-Added some new weapons. Will need help from the community to gather all of the legendary new weapons and upgrade them to 35!
-Removed ~40% of magical storage chests to optimize server performance, removing unnecessarily large quanties of certain items.
(This amounted to about ~140 magical chests removed. So it should be noticably faster to deal with menus now.)

-Most all new materials added!

I actually think I may need to remake the mall, my save file might be broken, I can't use ladders, I get stuck when climbing, doors have invisible blocks in them, my melee combat isn't working, and I can't roll/Dodge anymore as I just stay in place. And I c everyone on the server always Tposing. Lol

But I dread redoing it, due to the sheer size of it all. Maybe someone knows a way to resolve some of these issues?

correct resets once per hour, the reset time is based off when i last rebooted my pc, so the timing can change slightly

and as for the duping, i just copy my singleplayer world to the server using a quick batch script i wrote

then just take the items from the server and drop into the single player world

as someone who focuses on inventory management, there is so much going on in this server. crazy how well organized it is once you get the patterns figured out. so many good ideas to add into my build, especially the 'walk-over" chests. They look good and are so functional.

No, most weapons go up to 37/40. Except the bows for some strange reason.

Correction, there are some bows to LVL 40, composite bow, avalanche starter, develish bow. Looking at them now.

There have been at least 4 times this week I have opened a chest and there has been items left in the chest that do not belong. If your inventory is full DELETE the items and not leave them like discarded paper cups from McDonalds on the ground in the park. PLEASE respect what you have available.

I think each would need a bed and a food bowl. So calculate voxels needed for a bed and bowl divided by voxels available from wall to wall.

Also could use a loft to double your animal storage space.
Though I don’t know all that is required for animals yet. Just started playing like a week ago 😂

I took the idea from a number of fantasy drawings I looked at for floating castles. The idea is they're magical pylons that keep the land mass afloat. I will also be building massive chains that reach to the ground to "hold" the land in place so it doesn't float off

Okay so ppl having issues, I e found a solution that works Everytime for me allowing me to connect at will without the full message.

What you want to do is launch the game. Then when your on the server list go into steam settings and then cloud and turn off cloud for the game. After you leave and rejoin your own server turn sync for cloud back on.

Has worked Everytime for me now.

What I would recommend then I change ur world settings to. Make enemies pathetically weak and yourself OP, u can fly through the dungeon in about 20 minutes or so. That's what I did when I had to recreate my world since I had to redo all of the quests again lol.

@spring sand Question about item management. On my bases should I keep my excess storage below ground to prevent lag? I noticed you mentioned you kept things behind walls. What is the best way to manage my storage to keep the bases as lag free as possible?

so from a few experiments, ive noticed that preventing players from being able to access magic chests, and limiting there usage as much as possible seemed to reduce server load

my thinkinig is, everytime a magic chest/furance/ anything that accesses mmagic chests, gets used it makes the server check all of those chests and the items inside. so by reducing the ammount of access to those items it reduces server load.

in most cases it shouldnt be an issue, unless you have a very under powered pc, or are running a larger server such as mine.

no not all, there placemment doesnt matter, and it doesnt matter if u place them in multiple different bases. only reason i hide them so people cant acccess them, since i have everything avilable in regular chests

my best advice would be to use regular chests where possible

such as for armor and such

it can be, but if the item doesnt normally drop as a legendary, then I dont know of a way to figure out the powers its "supposed to have" because they may not even exist, so it's just making up an item. Basically, to make it legendary, you have to give it 5 powers, but the powers will be just whatever whoever picked them decided, not a "real" legendary in that sense.

I use a batch script I wrote and windows task scheduler to run it once an hour

Batch script simply kills the server and then runs robocopy to copy the files from my single player save to my server location, and one other batch that runs that starts the server if the process closes after 10 seconds

I just got the answer from the nitrado support: server full or unavailabe is a Enshrouded Error and the devs know about it and try to fix it. If you have this error mail the support, they move you to other server IPs. Last time I had this, this fixed the problem. Brings the questions up, why this server movement helps, when the problem is Enshrouded related 🤔

the fluffy set in the chest is the one from twitch reward, so no one that hasnt participated in the promo cant pick it, put my own fluffy hat that I found from the game as a reference

The whole set can also be obtained in game as well through the cosmetic quest for it. No twitch drop required, but yes, the ones at the shop are locked.

always make sure to back up your files to another folder before hand.
