what do you mean by clean cache? Browser cache and relaunch a game?

Attempt the following please:

  1. Quit GFN completely
  2. Go to your GFN library
  3. Select Cache Folder (should be something like CefCache)
  4. Remove it
  5. Reopen GFN

Is it just the map that causes this issue?

Depending on the hardware your game is being hosted, it's possible that the game is still (slowly) loading

We have a contact in NVidia that can possibly help us with this, but for it to happen, I need to have the e-mail address (ONLY e-mail address) that you use to log in so the support from Nvidia can help us find the issue. If you are ok with sharing this information, I'll approach Nvidia support with this. If you prefer, we can also go to DMs so you can share it privately there. But if you don't feel comfortable at all, that's fine as well.
