停止＞スタートで更新ファイルのインストールは行われますが、いくら待ってもログに表示されるゲームバージョンは491572から変わりません。
ゲームの進行度はまだ中盤ぐらいなので最悪はサーバー側のゲームフォルダ再インストールしようかなと思います。
解決するかわかりませんが…

Sorry for the interruption. I had the same problem and found out why: It's because Nitrado just did not approve the new update until about 15 minutes ago so the update wasn't distributed. If you try to restart your server now it should update your server files. They always need more time because they just manually check every server update first. If everything runs smooth, they distribute it.

Yes, that's what I had as well. It stayed on version number 491572. I just stopped the server 10 Minutes ago und started it again and it did the update. Took way longer than the 5 second update before. I tested it in game and now the server is listed and accessible again. Nitrado did an announcement on their discord server as well.

The problem wasn't on Keen's side it's just that Nitrado did not approved the update for customers until 30 minutes ago. So there was no way that Kall could knew this.
