I mean no offence, but $5 per slot is hardly incentivising to move to your service. $50 for 10 slots is nearly 10 times more expensive than the hosting providers you've mentioned. Am I missing something?

If he’s providing server space and hand-managing it, I’d think you get what you pay for in this case. Big server hosting sites don’t generally have people willing to help past the initial install

I've had pretty good experience with one of this big providers (generally advertised in the join menu...), no issues on previous servers, and only had one issue that got resolved through support (albeit not instantly) with a second Enshrouded server.
