I'm having the same issue. I used https://mapgenie.io/enshrouded/maps/embervale and there is one on the website that is not in the game.

Yea, the one with a shroud root, supposedly in that corner

Right. It isn't there for me either, but left an altar nearby in case of patch or whatever.
