The maximum known Flame Atars on 1 World is 20. My guess is that requires quite a number of Players because it seems to scale. With each maxed at the current 160 x 160 x 160m and figuring a little overlap of each boundary, you can safely figure 3km in 1 direction. I guess it'll depend just how deep they go vertically, meaning a need for several Altars stacked plus several horizontally for breadth of size. That'd bring the total distance down quite a bit in a single direction.

They disappear at the next server reset (or when exiting if self hosting). Same for any terrain dug, it just resets.

Aha devs should add toggle for that something like save terrains without altar and maybe add a reset altar that resets and self destructs

a quest will lead you to the poi to find the tools.. right above it on top of the hill you can place an altar and go nuts

Grab the Slot 10 build in Public Resource World v3 in this section, it has all the mats you need to get to Flame Altar 6, then Flame size 4 on the various Altars you'll need (some overlapping, others not) to flesh out the entire space. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, I thought you had 6 people building constantly on this already and your Server was full with 16.
