In Steam, go to View -> Game Servers. Select "Favorites" and click the + button at the bottom right.

Your router may not support loopback. Try using 127.0.0.1 as the IP.

Awesome. Now try going into the game. It should load your Favorite servers at the top of the list.
It may take a moment or two but hopefully it loads it right away.

Unfortunately, not yet. I'm hopeful that it will be in a future update. Also, good morning, lol.
The easiest way for them to connect is to add it to their Steam favorites like you did.
Of course, they have to use your public IP.
