Hello, your post sounds what we are searching for. My son (15 years) and me would be grateful if we can join your server. I can use voicechat only at afternoons and weekends, bc of my husband works, while sitting next to me. But i love to chat, to learn a better English ☺️

No discord up yet, I will set one up in a day or two, I just don't want it to be more than... a couple of channels (one to chat, one for pics) and then voice chats.. because I'm not about to spend half my time dealing with server stuff yanno? 😄 all here to play etc

@meager mural to host you mean? yes, you can run a dedicated from your own rig if its powerful enough the dedicated tools are there 🙂

@rotund latch Yup, you can't even kick/ban people on release, so the answer to that is, I'll have a chat to people before handing out the password. not a lot more you can do but that. not gonna let the potential of douchebags ruin the fun for everyone.

short answer is.. we'll do our best to avoid dickheads, but hey, they exist. it is what it is

on Rust, you can meet somebody, befriend them... trust them with your door codes.. only to be robbed in the night. same with any of these types of games 🙂 I'm choosing to be positive. if somebody wants to exploit that not much I can do about it 🙂

Its my first time on a server, i know you can do nothing against such rude persons, but its really dumb you cant kick ppl like this

Well, they have said they will work on server admin bits, but its not a priority compared to getting the EA out the door

I'm SURE they will add kick/ban pretty fast as, sadly these kinds of games attract some of the best, and worst around

Fair question, not really got an answer for that, I personally plan on having my own hidden stash that nobody outside my wife/kid will know about xD

I'm long past playing games in a way that lets these kind of players 'win' if I did that, I'd have a 3 player server for my family only yanno?
