I return from my post-workout shower. Been at it almost a month. Tomorrow is my weekly weigh-in. 750 cals per session, and as of last week I'd only lost 1lb. Mind you there's protein powder and creatine involved, so that means I'm replacing fat with muscle, but ugh, I was presuming I'd get faster results.

...our bodies really do slow down as we age. Last time I worked out was 2020, then I got COVID 4x and existential dread which is terrible for maintianing any routine, much less workout. Still... at least I'm back at it. XD

  1. There are whatever many languages. Can't expect the mod team to sort through all of these because some are hard to understand spoken even if you're willing.
  2. People will point fingers at each other and cause drama with that, mod team would need to be present or Keen gets to be responsible dealing with that stuff.
  3. The CMs and mods have had to my knowledge a talk about that and decided against it. It's what it is.
