In this link, it says the terms of service only appear in certain regions. Is there a confirmation lists of regions on where the terms of service notice will appear?

I was just wondering the same thing, because in my region (Switzerland) it doesn't seem to appear automatically.

I believe the current situation is that with the Mobile SDK, it will only be available in Texas and Illinois. However, if there have been any recent changes in legal regulations, this may no longer be accurate. Conversely, the Web SDK will be appearing to all users across the United States.
Given that different states are continually updating their regulations, we are making every effort to adjust our rules accordingly. Please keep in mind that this list may change at any time.
