Hello there. I'm having a really hard time trying to get my WebAR Lens working again. I've been able to publish and test them last week, then suddenly all the new links I created since this Monday are all resulting in an error page, with the text in the title.

Chrome inspector says Error: Cannot load lens. No lens with id xxx-xxx was found in lens group hosted-lenses. so it looks like the lens is not properly published. However if I access it from within Snapchat app, it does work.
I tried at least a dozen of new links, by changing to a fresh new account, by uploading a basic template instead of my heavily customized one, etc. and I can't get any of them to work anymore.

Does anyone have this issue? It's very troublesome since there is no way to understand the root cause from this error message and the resources I can find online.

Here is my link:

Thank you for reading, I hope I would find some clearer clues here.

Bumping this up again, looks like no matter how long I wait, the link is still not working

# ashen furnace I am having the exact same issue here! It works fine on Snapchat, and some tests...

Pretty much the same case, I got someone asking me to make this available for next month, and if this issue persists I'd probably have to switch to some alternative...

Stumbled upon this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHA31ta9jyU and I thought I'd surely be able to make a webapp using the SDK.
But there's no guarantee this would function properly if the WebAR link itself is down, so I am waiting for some clue from the staff/community members first 🫤

Linking all these together.
Dear staff, please acknowledge this issue and communicate about any fix soon.

For anyone having this issue: temporary fix for now is to downgrade to Lens Studio Version 5.1 or below (from other users' feedbacks).

I was hoping this problem was being fixed with 5.3, but I just confirmed that it's still happening for all my Image Tracker projects.

For the error message Uh oh! An error occurred while processing this Lens. Refresh the page to continue. on WebAR.After a shit ton of trial and error and research. Here is what you need to do 100% sure you need to do that to make it work. Use Lens Studio 5.12 as simple as that. Tried dozens of other things that did not help but that did
