is that mean appearing SARH or ARH rockets for planes/heli and SARH with DL for AA?

SARH = Semi-Active Radar Homing. The missile needs the launching aircraft/vehicle to keep its radar "painted" on the target until impact.
ARH = Active Radar Homing. The missile has its own radar. It’s "fire-and-forget".
DL = Data Link. Allows the missile to receive mid-flight course corrections or target updates from the launcher or an external source.

SARH and ARH are definitely planned for kaboom, no plans for CBC:AT yet
when i said "(Adding support for all their new stuff)" i meant getting pitch and yaw controllers to properly aim the launchers so they'd hit the target
CBC:AT's rockets have such short flight times that they're not exactly practical for that kinda stuff
No IR because there's not really any kind of "heat" system

Actually, here’s an idea for how you could implement IR homing without needing a full heat system:
Instead of tracking heat, the missile’s internal seeker could simply scan for physical blocks (or contraption blocks) and lock onto a specific point, like the center of the structure.
Since real-life IR missiles are already designed for short-range dogfights, swapping 'heat-seeking' for 'block-seeking' makes perfect sense in this context and solves the problem elegantly.
To compare: for ARH or SARH, the missile relies on an external radar lock to guide itself. But for an IR missile, it can just use its own internal seeker with a specific acquisition angle (or lock-on cone/FOV) to track the blocks directly.

not quite SARH needs the radar to keep a "hard lock/STT lock" this means that the radar is only tracking that focusing on that target on some aesa radars you can have TWS (track while scan) available and a STT lock. ARH missiles are not just fire and forget at a set distance from target the missile turns on a radar seeker of its own until that point its guidance is purely based off the guiding radar (plane or DL) most modern ARH have INS which lets it remember the targets location if the track is lost and use its speed/heading/altitude to head to where the plane should be based on the old info but if the plane changes any of those the old info is wrong. ARH can be fired off of TWS locks but as long as the radar can see the target after that it can continue to guide
