Losing progression every time I exit the game

Hi guys, I need some help. Every time I exit the game and relaunch all my progress is gone. Does anybody know a fix? I have my save files backed up but I can’t get them to load, it just puts me in the create character screen.

check the file size of your save file. if its 0kb, its corrupted and you need to delete it

Thanks but it was some kind of problem with the game itself so I reinstalled the game and now it’s fixed
