Unable to give up in the abyss

Please make the player able to give up while in the abyss. Sometimes the zombies don't do enough to kill but just enough to disable you.

there are too many times where I've had the zombie disable me as well, you can't get up, they don't kill you, i've even had it where we both fell on to the floor, giving up would have ended it way faster

Just wait, if you don't die you will heal slowly and can get back up
