Lowest one no idea. Middle one is for tabard, it never appeard in the shop for me but you can take this off the enemies. And the top ones no idea.

i found out the lowest one its the shirt that knights wear above their armor

you can steal it just like any other armor

but it has no texture so i assume it was not meant to be purchased in the shop

if you grab their hand for example then hold e it will steal it then if you hold e again you will equip it

Sometimes spawns in the forest map like the crossbow

There are some boxes next to it which sometimes contain a crossbow or a quiver

Idk if the quiver replenishes after you use it or if its a consumable, but the crossbow seems to load itself at the start of a round even if you have no bolts
