#Abyss Ghouls are too tough

They are indeed
Regarding this, when you fall down after a ghoul has bitten your Willie, it says "Press G to give up" but you actually can't give up (just like on the demo version) and just have to wait until the ghoul eventually either dies of old age or kills you. And I have to say they're useless killing a downed Willie, so you'll just have to exit to menu
I've had this too
Real
I def preferred the Demo abyss fighting waves of Willie, the zombies are meh at best
the ghouls aren't balanced at all, and the spawning is weird
like, you have no time to look for loot
they spawn behind you and bite your neck from behind before you can react
Yeah they spawn almost in view from all around you
No time to loot anything
it would be fine if the bite didn't oneshot you 90% of the time
I have mention, that few hours in the ghouls don't feel as overpowered, though they still F you up if they get one bite in. Also I feel like they have to be dismembered to a million pieces in order to get them to stop hunting you. And still they can bite you dead while they're lying on your feet. Aaand the fact that they spawn all around and very close to you makes it hard to loot anything. but the ghoul toughness is growing on me just a little
Yeah if there was a specific ghoul mode that would be cool
But they feel out of place in abyss
personally i think its really good, i had a time when i chopped off the arm of the ghoul but got bit on the head, i almost get fixed but i get bit on the head again and i just walk away in anger. when i come back the ghoul is nibbling on my head and constantly falling over so eventually i just wait and my guy recovers and i finish off the ghoul, so confused how i didnt die
Willie has no brains to eat anyway
A zombie actually started eating my ass and I managed to survive without a leg, 10/10 best Abyss mode
if only they adjust the spawning, that would be great
I actually love the vengeful spirits. They need a bit of adjusting but are really unique and give strong incentive to either be non-lethal or regularly take care of them a few at a time
Plus they balance the insane value you can get from looting in the abyss, which would be insanely unbalanced if it was just normal enemies
the one downside for the vengeful spirits is that they make the already really strong blunt weapons even stronger
one hit on the head and your basically downed with a blunt, and if i get punished for using a sharp weapon when i inevitably die, whats the point in using a sharp weaon?
I just wish they wouldn't spawn behind me so much
just spin in a circle
its piss easy bro just sprint in a direction and adapt WASD to go in that direction while spinning rapidly
Yes, i should just helicopter to solve the dev's mistake
