I love the design, especially the crossguard. But yes it would most likely snap on the thin piece on a hard impact. Most swords are formed from one piece of metal from the blade to hilt (excluding crossguard and pommel). I’m no blacksmith though so take that with a grain of salt

Having the circular design as thick as the bottom of the blade would for sure make it stronger

tytyty, i do agree, but i just really liked how you could see the tang at the hilt and also at the ring pommel
