the best build for a poleaxe is to build a polearm instead

it so satisfying to use the hook and spike head, do a large swing crouched, hook a leg, hit RMB to pull them, turn and walk away / walk backward to attempt a snag between armor or trip

if your character is strong enough to use a nearly maxxed weight and length version of this, it can very easily sweep the enemy when raising their weapon to swing

it's less consistent but can be deadly if you can get a swing behind the head or torso with a well timed 2 hand pull

I think that your version of OVRDTH's Armory is outdated and cannot read the newer save file format from the game.
How to fix it:

There’s one steel colored gauntlet that has plates along the top of the fingers, it’s better for getting hit in the top of the hand

And you’re so unlikely to get hit in the palm

Good, though I’d recommend pauldrons instead of spaulders, recommend upgrading your cuirass, and could change the vambrace and gauntlets

But mainly upgrade that cuirass

That’s the only main issue

Here's my main longsword. The Point Of Balance is right by the crossguard. It's exellent in the cut and LOVES crown control. My main go-to for riots.

Ok, I honestly think the full cuirass looks better than just a upper body plate considering how much armor you’re wearing, but ok. Have fun
