The helmet knocking off is hilarious but it’s moreso the other parts of blunt weapons that are kinda ridiculous. The damage seems barely based off of actual momentum, and the momentum of the weapons make zero sense (you pull up and ready for a swing at the speed you’d expect to release the swing, and vice versa — releasing the kinetic energy should be a lot faster and more explosive than storing it). Like, hitting a stationary buckler VERY lightly with an unarmored head will knock you out as fast as a proper mace blow lmao
