you dont need to do any of that, all you need to do is give the algorithm access to the same google maps data that you have access to, and then train it to figure out where things are based on details (basically no different to teaching an ai how to play chess which we've been doing for a decade), once it approximates the general location it can pull the maps data of that location and narrow it down to the exact point
