There are several plugins mee6 Carl and I think dyno all have options to limit a channel to only being attachments. So it will automod any message that does not have an attachment. It only prevents text only messages. Text can still be added with messages.

I don't get involved with any. I usually fight tourneys and run trade routes along the way. Builds my coffers and increases reputation without getting locked into loyalties.
