Windows really doesnt work well when youre low on space. try delete more stuff until you have more space on your drive. depending on the size of your drive having like 50gb on a 500gb system drive is about the limit Ive found

That will likely be the cause of it. Dx12 applies Lumens and shaders, and sometimes can cause memory overloading with some graphics cards and setups. It's constantly getting worked on with optimization.
