Go to blacksmith, go into whatever weapon you wanna make, max the size of the everything, mass doesn't matter unless going full KG, then swap the weapon type to sword, max it again, return back to your wanted weapon, change the head once and itll make it overinflated.

You could try and use the ingame blacksmith to make an oversized hafted, its not gonna blunt like a polearm with a bardiche axehead though

Also, knight tier pollaxes can have an axe head added to the front and/or rear of the head, they do sort of slice, but not great. Much more of a blunt weapon.

If you wanted to mix and match freak creations like i showed earlier, you'd need to use ovrdth armoury.
