it does, first verify you can even open the ue4ss console in game, if you can't its a ue4ss installation issue. If you can open the console but the commands dont work make sure you extracted the mod zip file into the correct location as the .pak file not the zip and double check command spelling

I think the biggest problem gameplay loop wise is that It doesn't feel like a fencing sandbox game like it did in the itch.io verison, if you actually try to have fun in progression mode you just get punished with instant kill revenants that should be able to swing their weapons. You can go through and kill everything you see for a while, but you trip over a rock once and you've lost your 17 hour progress. The freeplay also isn't nearly free enough.

Extract into your uesave folder and it should work right, after running the uesave thingo

They get extracted into a single folder, i just made a new one on my desktop and called it uesave, extracted both into that

ayt i ran the setup wizard

Then you run the uesave application

for the msi file

now what

Run the uesave application from the extracted .zip download

Then, run ovrdth armoury, open the gameprogress.sav

but the msi file aint in the uesave folder

Might still work, if you did the setup installer
