lower sens, practice swings at the dummy, aim mostly for neck, shoulders and stabs, dont feel the need to full send swings, its often better to land a precise, less strong swing than a really strong swing thatll miss, youll be able to aim strong swings as you practice, to parry attacks you want to swing into the attack, to block you can mostly just hold out the sword in the trajectory of the attack or twohand grab and block like that if its an overhead, if you're playing the full game and not the demo the new weapon physics will fuck you over most of the time, especially if you're wielding it normally instead of grabbing the blade

also dont try to stab if you're playing full game

also as an fyi for if you're playing the full game, dont try to block champion attacks, theyre gonna go through your guard, especially early on, though you can still parry. only way to block is with a 2 hand grab on your blade though
