Yeah, that is true.

Apparently, they want the character models limbs and muscular system to be more integrated together.

Personally, I think they shouldn't have released this new system. And rather keep everything the way it was in the Demo, and add in the rest of the features on top of it. All while working on the integrations to the character model behind the scenes, and released that in a future EA update once it worked smoothly.

the only way around this is that one player uses the keyboard and the other player uses a controller

because then both of the inputs are completely separate and unique

that or one player uses normal binds and the other player has to be careful not to use the other players binds (so if host is using WASD, guest has to use TFGH or YGHJ)
