It can only be done in story mode or also in free mode because in story mode I always get the usual 2 maps and never the forest so I thought if I had to install a mode or something similar

Heres the mace build. Nothing fancy, still light. Max haft length for reach and heavy enough to scramble their noggin. The added length makes it wobbly so keep it at high guard and sweep your strikes down into openings. Added a vid too of some armor kills, long one though. Its not an armor killer so to speak but you can knock them around well enough while keeping your shield up.
