From what I saw from the modding community (over weapons), it’s more like using existing assets and mishmashing them together to make it look close enough to the goal. Maybe it’s more because it’s easier or that’s the only way to add new weapons. I hope there is a way to add whole new assets.

george cant write anything other than character relations/politics as well as tolkien and theres plenty in-between as good at their own thing
if you havent read lotr its got some of the best writing and its written in such an imaginative an unique way that just cant really be shown in a tv series or movie

Otherwise the mods won't load
This unlocks console command and by typing in restartlevel it restart without having alt f4. So it's pretty great especially for weapon modding

It's also possible you don't have console turned on
F10 works for me to toggle console
