lots of patience and a ranged weapon. the big axe did the job for me. just walk backwards until the enemy swings their weapon top to bottom (left to right is a death trap as they often swing back from the other angle), once they swing, go in for the kill

also this may be common knowledge, not sure, but I figured out exactly how to pull holstered weapons off of people. You have to grab them by the thighs I believe, or at least it worked in this case. I was trying to pull his cuisses off, but he had a sword, a mace and a buckler holstered.

When you have them grabbed by the thighs and they have weapons, if you hold Q or E it won't pull their cuisses or pants off, it will cause their holstered weapons to fall off one by one. In the video, I grabbed the guy by the cuisses and then held Q which caused his holstered sword to drop, then held Q again and it caused his mace to drop, held Q again his buckler dropped, then finally held Q again and removed his cuisses.

Using sharp weapons like the big axe is really good, so is the pitchfork. Also now, blunt weapons are actually pretty good

Keep at it to learn the differences. The higher rank you are, the stronger your character will become. It gets more like the demo around the soldier rank. Persist, and victory will be yours.

It depends entirely on what you're doing. If the sword is heavy and your muscles are weak, it makes sense. I have my poleaxe swing out of my hands a couple of times.
