Just finished progression, I'm honestly quite happy with where they're going with the game

it's fun working your way up taking armor off defeated foes, managing a basic money system, and i really appreciate the tweaks to the physics (Love that i can hit someone in the head so hard with my custom poleaxe that their helmet pops off like a bottle cap)

It took a bit of tweaking, but i got the game running well while still looking decent at 1440p (5070 TI x 7800 X3D)

Okay, I'll just describe the issue. So right now I'm in halfsword, and for some reason my thighs are blocked, and I can completely strip my character down of all clothing, armor, etc. So there's nothing there, including weapons, and for some reason I still cannot equip any thigh armor on. The entire thing is, it's beginning to become a pretty big problem as I'm going up into further tiers such as Man at Arms and Veteran, because my legs are getting chopped off.

youll begin to notice that seemingly all polearms have a weird stuttery feeling to the swings, the intention was to add a dampener so you cant swing heavy weapons too fast or while weaker/earlier game. but it just ends up being kinda a poor solution that gets twitchy and handles weird

and the part i find worse specifically is stance switches for polearms, theres a much greater chance of completely failing and getting the weapon stuck inside of you, direction changes are sluggish and likewise have the chance to get stuck on your own body if not straight up deal blunt damage to yourself

For the Devs, I want you to know, the game works well 50-60 fps overall, except slums map, because unoptimized map. And I enjoyed all content, very well made and so far im astonished what kind of game you've made, have almost 100 hours on Half Sword Demo, and it runs worse on my RTX3060, I5-12500H, 32GB DDR4 RAM than the EA Release of Half Sword.

You should be proud, amazing game for real.

One note from me, maybe if possible to optimise more the AI or NPCs, because that can take a toll on my CPU, which is a 12th gen Intel I5-12500H, which a bit more common CPU, but overall amazing everything
