Blade alignment is a thing people made up to make half sword sound more cool and harder to master, swords are automatically aligned for you, axes require 5% brain power to align the blade but it doesn't matter when the 2h high tier axe and low tier one hand axe can delete you no matter what side of the blade it smacks you on

the greatsword doesn't suffer edge alignment as much as you think it does

the tier 4 Longsword does

because the thing is 400 tons

Delete all files relating to Half Sword existing in your local files. Be sure to back up your screenshots folder if you took any!

Uninstall the Half Sword demo via Steam
Right click on Half Sword Demo in you steam library Manage>Uninstall

IMPORTANT

Press WIN+R then type %localappdata% hit Enter
Now Navigate to and Delete the HalfswordUE5 folder.

Finally, reinstall Half Sword Demo.

Please note Appdata is a hidden folder by default and you need to enable show hidden items in the file explorer.

The fatal crashes in the Ultimate challenge are primarily due to an issue with a 3rd party plugin that is being used for blood.
