1. You can do what clueless said above and just smash their heads in with a polearm.

2. You can halfsword with the longsword and then shove it through their backs.

2 is definitely harder than 1 though so I'd reccommend you go with 1 if you're not well-versed with knight.

You have to position the sword right, and make sure they aren't wearing a specific type of armor. There are 2 types that have neck protection, so the saw won't work on those.

There's the Armet, and then the Black Knight
