Delete all files relating to Half Sword existing in your local files. Be sure to back up your screenshots folder if you took any!

Uninstall the Half Sword demo via Steam
Right click on Half Sword Demo in you steam library Manage>Uninstall

IMPORTANT

Press WIN+R then type %localappdata% hit Enter
Now Navigate to and Delete the HalfswordUE5 folder.

Finally, reinstall Half Sword Demo.

Please note Appdata is a hidden folder by default and you need to enable show hidden items in the file explorer.

One tip for commoner boss while using a sword is to not only try to block, but actively take and collect his sword

you can also backstep and wait for him to swing then fly right in for the kill
