It does increase your strength, but it doesn’t make much of a difference without also making you heavier, which isn’t an option. It basically just lets you move your arms faster

If you start the throw while half swording and switch out before you let go you can get a perfectly straight throw that stabs into them. I can't do it consistently but I saw someone do it and it looked awesome
